Michael Taylor Mike joins us with over eighteen years of experience as a real estate lender. Before joining Andrea, Mike served as Senior Executive with a West Los Angeles Savings and Loan. His experience is a combination of both real estate and management, as Mike managed a loan and real estate portfolio of approximately one billion dollars, and sold the bank’s foreclosure properties. While working full time, Mike attended law school, graduating with a Juris Doctorate degree in 1983. Debbie Lynn Debbie brings over 25 years of local real estate experience to the Dougherty/Taylor team. Her background started in 1980 working for a mortgage banking firm as a tax analyst and then a Jr. Escrow officer. Quickly moving up and "paying her dues", Debbie worked for a major home builder coordinating all their escrows and marketing until obtaining her Real Estate License in 1986. Debbie then worked selling new tract homes all over the County until 1992. At that time, Debbie decided to work in re-sales in the North County area near her home and family. Debbie believes that listening to the client's needs and strong communication skills are key components to a successful relationship and transaction. Over the years, Debbie has developed detailed marketing plans for home sellers incorporating today's technology with proven strategies of staging, marketing and negotiating.
